| This was my best mile time yet. I also ran a 2:26 for the 800. Both top times for my team and excellent for the shape I am in. I would have run the 3200 but it was scratched. | We did an easy 6 miles at practice. Nothing too difficult. I didn't feel tight at all after the race and wasn't sore. I was pleased with how I felt and how I could still maintain a good pace, under 7:50, without difficulty. | Add Comment |
