Today we started with circuits for our warmup(burpees, squats, mountain climbers, jumping jacks). Then we ran down 1300 E to 2100 S, then down to 900 E, then over to Liberty park and back up. I did one lap around Liberty while everyone else did two and a half. I was extremely sore, and hurt every step of the way. I could not keep up with the fast group, so I ran by myself the whole way. While they did 9 miles, I could only get 7 out of my legs, at a very slow pace I might add. I am too embarrassed to post what my actual pace was. |
