Today we ran to Sugarhouse Park to do 800s. We did about three miles warmup then did 6x 800. Each 800 had a downhill and uphill component. I hit around 2:50 for every one. This was slower than I hoped, but sort of what I expected, being I haven't run much lately. I was hurting by the end of them. This was a tough introduction back into running full time. It was the longest I have run in the new year, and it is safe to say that I struggled. |
