I ran with the team today. I came a little late, and as such they were about halfway through the drills, toe walks, heel walks, etc. We did standing jumps, step ups, and leg lifts, and one leg balancing. We then went to the weight room and did arm swings, calf raises, squats, and lunges. For our run, it was one minute on, one minute off, 10x. We ran down to liberty for the warmup, and then back to East for the cool down. I felt okay for it only being my second run back from break. I get my wisdom teeth out friday, so my comeback was a short one. |
